Spike and Jet’s next case takes them to Mars, where they’ll to try apprehend a professional pet thief and a priceless data dog.

Faye Valentine, a woman with a mysterious past is forced by Gordon, the head of a powerful casino to do an illegal exchange. She is told to work at a roulette table and retrieve a casino chip with a microchip inside of it from one of the players. If she can do this successfully, her debts will be eliminated.

Spike, Faye and Jet are all after Decker, a bounty head in possession of high explosives. They meet V.T, a female space trucker, and team up with her to catch Decker on a dangerous chase through an abandoned mine.

After collecting a bounty, Spike gains a fan in Roco Bonnaro. Roco, a small-time gang member, stole a rare and valuable plant from his own gang. Spike finds it's more valuable than he is, but Roco has a different plan for the plant.

Something is carving giant pictures on Earth's surface and the Earth police put out a bounty, drawing in Spike and Jet. A talented computer hacker, Edward, is rumored to be the culprit, but the truth is much different.

When a case takes the Bebop crew to Jet’s old stomping ground, the big man crosses paths with an old lover – and her wanted boyfriend.

When an unusual, blob-like space creature infects Ein, Faye, and Jet, Spike and Radical Edward must figure out a way to save their friends.

Faye cleans out the crew's safe and leaves the Bebop. While Jet chases after her, Spike decides to follow some clues about a woman named Julia instead, which leads him to another confrontation with Vicious and his old comrade Lin. Meanwhile, Faye meets a sax player named Gren who also knows Julia.

Jet continues his mission to reunite his Bebop comrades, and Spike finds himself locked in a brutal dogfight with his old nemesis Vicious.

The Bebop Crew embarks on a wild goose chase of a bounty hunt that leads them deep into space in search of an ancient chess master.

Faye recounts her awakening from cryogenic freezing and a man, Whitney Hagas Matsumoto, who helped her before dying. Jet, however, arrives on the ship having caught him for a bounty. Faye now needs to know what was real.

A mysterious package comes for Faye with a Beta cassette. While Faye runs, thinking it to be from a debt collector, Jet and Spike undertake a arduous search for a player to view it. They find it is a clue to Faye's past.

Fellow bounty hunters and longtime partners Spike Spiegel and Jet Black track down Asimov Solensan and his girlfriend, both of whom are looking for buyers for an illegal drug known as "Red Eye" which Asimov stole from an underground organization. Asimov abuses the drug himself; however, which makes subduing him a difficult task.

Faye teams up with Spike and Jet to track down a gang of space activists that plans on turning the human population into monkeys!

Spike aims to collect the bounty on a member of the Red Dragon Syndicate, but his mission leads him into a deadly showdown with a face from his past!

The latest case for the crew of the Bebop finds Spike pitted against a young boy with a talent for the harmonica – and murder.

Jet teams up with a former partner to settle the score with the man who took his arm, but he soon discovers that memories can be deceiving.

The Bebop, out of food and fuel, is sideswiped in a hit-and-run off of Europa and crash-lands on Io. Ed, with Ein by her side, is sent out to procure food, and trips over Domino Walker, a bounty head, who is smuggling hallucinogenic mushrooms.

Spike, flying his mono-racer in for maintenance, runs out of gas not far from the garage. Meanwhile, Jet and Faye take on a group of pirates who use computer viruses to terrorize interplanetary shipping.

Spike takes a beating during a chance encounter with an indestructible assassin. While Jet searches for the secret to the madman’s power, Spike goes looking for payback!

Jet gets a mysterious note from an old friend, Pao, and finds himself teaming up with his daughter, who uses Feng Shui to decipher it. The two are also chased by syndicate mobsters also searching for him.

Spike’s attempts to apprehend the infamous Teddy Bear Bomber are maddeningly derailed by a mysterious – and clueless – cowboy!

Dr. Londes, the leader of the religious cult Scratch, has a large bounty on his head. Spike takes to the streets in an effort to get to him while Jet and Ed buy a video game that the cult members use to ascend into the digital being.

Faye decides to investigate her past by using the visible landmarks depicted in the video she recorded as a child, while Ed guides Jet and Spike to search for her true father, who she recently discovers. [major spoiler]Ed leaves the Bebop with Ein.[/major spoiler]

Left alone by the rest of the crew, Spike and Jet are ambushed by members of the Red Dragon syndicate while at a bar. They are saved by Lin's brother Shin, who explains that Vicious has tried to seize control of the organization and was sentenced to death. He also states that all people connected to him are also being hunted down, and Spike leaves only to find Julia in the graveyard, where he promised to meet her all those years ago.

Vicious claims leadership of the Red Dragon Syndicate. Julia and Spike plan to run away as before, but Spike still feels the desire for revenge, leading to a final confrontation with Vicious and the Syndicate.
